First Crop of New Red Veined Sorrel

We are really excited about our new sorrel crop that we harvested for the first time today. We grew the plants from seed when we renewed our herb beds, and they are really striking in color and texture. The chefs really seem to love this herb. Here it is on the packing house table with some dandelion greens:
